How it works

Three steps, both sides.

From a supplier's storefront to a confirmed delivery — the whole loop, kept simple.

  1. 01Seller

    List your catalogue

Add your products, prices, minimums and delivery zones — and go live the same day.

  2. 02Buyer

    Order by the case

Compare suppliers, fill one cart, check out. Your payment is held safe in escrow.

  3. 03Both

    Delivered & paid

Next-day delivery, PIN-confirmed at the door — and the supplier is paid the instant it's confirmed.

No contracts, no minimums to join, no lock-in. When wholesale goes wrong, returns and disputes are handled in-app — so no one is ever out of pocket.

Why Supligo

The same case. Every supplier. One clear price.

Wholesale still runs on phone calls and paper price sheets, so no one can really compare. Supligo puts every supplier's live price on the same item — your costs go down, your quality goes up.

  • Compare on the same item

Every product shows what each supplier charges — side by side, live.

  • Switch any time

Take the best price or the best quality. No contracts, no lock-in.

  • One cart, split cleanly

Order from several suppliers at once; each is its own tidy order.

Questions, answered

Everything you might be wondering.

It's free to start, with no subscription and no card required to sign up. When you place an order, a flat 3% service fee, capped at $20, applies. No hidden fees, no markups. The price you see is the price you pay.

A flat 1% per completed order, and nothing else. No listing fees, no monthly fees, no setup cost. If an order doesn't complete, there's no fee at all, and you keep the other 99%.

When a buyer checks out, the payment is held safely by Supligo instead of going straight to the supplier. It's released only after the delivery is confirmed with a PIN, so buyers pay for what arrives, and suppliers are guaranteed payment on confirmed deliveries.

A buyer is a business that buys food wholesale to operate: restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, caterers. A supplier is a wholesale food business that sells to them. If you cook it, you're a buyer; if you deliver it, you're a supplier.

Yes — keep every supplier in one cart. Each supplier's order goes through its own quick checkout, so every delivery, invoice and refund stays clean per supplier.

Automatically, via Stripe, as soon as the delivery is confirmed — by direct transfer to your bank. No invoicing, no chasing payments.

Partial deliveries, weight adjustments, returns and disputes are built in. You only pay for what you actually receive, and there's a fair, in-app path to resolve the rest.

No. You can use the full web dashboard in your browser. There are also iOS and Android apps if you'd rather order from your phone; drivers use the app to complete deliveries.

Yes. Payments run on Stripe, suppliers are verified, and escrow protects every order. Supligo never handles your raw bank details.
